It’s just the usual thing of some people being given information and whether they understand it or not make out they do and feel like they know more than others so as to appear more knowledgeable.

I get it all the time. I get people saying “you shouldn’t use a pressure washer on a car, you’ll remove the paint!”, Yes if I was using a ‘dirtblaster lance’ for cleaning patios then it’s very likely but they see it as the pressure washer and not the lance. Idiots.
